Coverage of costs by the School (max 40 participants):

•     The CNRS Continuing Education will take care of the general organisation of the School, as well as the accommodation costs (room + meals) for CNRS statutory staff only.
•     Thanks to the support of PNPS, PNCG, CNES, OSUG, we can take care of the accommodation costs of a certain number of participants, within the limits of available funding. The other participants will have to pay the accommodation costs (about 420 €). If you wish to receive financial support for your accommodation costs, please send a detailed request to ees2023@sciencesconf.org (please specify if you are a PhD student or post-doc).
•     The EES does not cover any travel expenses. For CNRS agents, these expenses can be covered upon request to their respective Regional Delegations. Other participants must request this funding from their laboratory. In particular, we encourage doctoral students to ask their doctoral school to cover travel expenses.
